Costco Facing Lawsuit Over Nebraska Facility Chicken Treatment
Costco is in hot water over its alleged treatment and breeding of its chickens. The lawsuit states plaintiffs have accused the popular membership club of “violating its fiduciary duty to shareholders by not acting lawfully” with respect to the $4.99 rotisserie chickens sold there. So reports Business Insider.
