The revelation came in a recently unsealed court filing generated in response to a Manhattan judge’s concerns about several rulings cited on Cohen’s behalf that were found not to exist. Cohen, who has been disbarred, said the citations were found using Google Bard and noted he was not aware the service could create fake cases.
