Texas Abortion Ban Amid COVID-19 Holds Up, Remains An Outlier
As many states have moved to ban abortions in an attempt to stop the spread of COVID-19, most all of those rules have been struck down by the courts. However, there is one notable outlier: the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Texas, which has upheld the state’s ban. So reports NPR.
