Taco Bell Worker: I Was Forced to Pass Off Counterfeit Cash

A suit has been filed on behalf of a 17-year-old former Taco Bell employee who was allegedly forced to distribute counterfeit bills to customers in two of the fast-food chain’s Manhattan locations. So reports The New York Post.

The teenager’s bosses at Taco Bell allegedly falsely told her that she had accidentally accepted two fake $20 bills from customers—and ordered her to pay it back out-of-pocket or give the bogus cash to unsuspecting customers as change.
