NYC to Reform 'Stop-And-Frisk'
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio last week announced that the city has entered into an agreement with civil rights attorneys to reform its policy of allowing police to "stop-and-frisk" a person who they have a reasonable suspicion has committed a crime or is about to commit a crime.
