Convicted Mobster Says Lawyer’s McConnell-like Blackouts Led to Rejection of Plea Deal  

Stephen LoCurto, a convicted murderer and purported member of the Bonano crime family, said his lawyer is suffering from blackouts similar to those suffered by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell. So reports The New York Daily News.

question mark 2492009 640As such, he has requested a federal judge appoint an assistant council to aid in his effort to have his life sentence reduced. LoCurto said his lawyer’s mentally diminished state contributed to him turning down a plea deal as the lawyer “misunderstood a change to federal racketeering law.”
