NFL, Plaintiffs Disagree on Discrimination Case Venue  

Litigation surrounding claims of racial discrimination in the NFL have largely stalled as the league and the plaintiffs have sparred over what venue the matter will be adjudicated. So reports Pro Football Talk.

nfl 3644686 640smallBrian Flores, Ray Horton and Steve Wilks, who brought the suit, want the matter to remain in court, while the league prefers to have the matter settled in an arbitration process under the guidance of Commissioner Roger Goodell. Potential bias from the commissioner’s office will likely need to be evaluated ahead of a final decision.
