McGill Manual on International Law Sets Expectations for Military Law in Space  

A new document aimed at clarifying what constraints might exist on peacetime military activities in space is now available. So reports Breaking Defense.

The non-binding document was developed by “80 legal and technical experts,” which includes active-duty military, from around the world.
