Texas AG Sues Google Over Private Browsing Practices  

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing Google over alleged practices related to its “private browsing” mode. So reports U.S. News & World Report.

texas flag 28569 1280The lawsuit says the company “deceptively collects an array of personal data even when a user has engaged Incognito mode.” Additionally, Indiana, Texas, Washington State and the District of Columbia filed separate privacy actions against the tech giant over its location-tracking practices.
