Marjorie Taylor Greene 'Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause' Suit Can Move Ahead

A lawsuit aiming to keep Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene off the ballot will be allowed to proceed. So reports Yahoo!.

Greene has been accused by a group of voters of violating the “Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause” of the U.S. Constitution. Georgia’s primary election is on Tuesday, May 24.
