Parents of Slain Penn. Teen Sue DA, Cops for Excessive Force, Misleading Public
The parents of Christian Hall, who was killed by state troopers in Pennsylvania, are suing the officers and district attorney for use of “excessive force” and for allegedly misleading the public with respect to the shooting. So reports Yahoo!.
