Montgomery Boots Jefferson Davis' Name from Street, AG Threatens Lawsuit  

Montgomery, Alabama is facing a fine and potential legal action after it dropped the name of former Confederate president Jefferson Davis from one of its streets. So reports ABC News.

The street was renamed in honor of Fred D. Gray, a civil rights lawyer who represented Rosa Parks and lived on the street in question.
