State AGs Challenge Post Office Slowdown with New Lawsuit  

A cohort of 20 state attorneys general is suing the Postal Regulatory Commission over the mail delivery slowdown that started Oct. 1. So reports CBS News.

mail truck gaa19611a9 640The lawsuit alleges the regulatory agency did not properly vet the plan before putting it into place, and only looked at a small portion of the 10-year scheme before implementation. The USPS said the suit is meritless and has moved to have it dismissed.
