Massachusetts Attorney Suing Amazon, Drivers for 'False Imprisonment'

Attorney Matthew Donnelly is suing retail giant Amazon for false imprisonment after claiming two of the company’s drivers blocked in his car while working. So reports The Patriot Ledger.

amazonDonnelly is asking for $150,000 in damages for the “loss of his freedom of mobility and for anxiety and humiliation.” The drivers are being accused of “civil conspiracy to commit an unlawful act” and the lawsuit is also seeking to hold Amazon liable for the actions of its employees.
