New Law School Dean Anthony Niedwiecki Wants Minnesota to Ditch the Bar  

The new president of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law said he believes the bar exam is keeping too many smart individuals out of the legal field and, as such, wants Minnesota to get rid of it. So reports a Fox 9 KMSP.

MitchMost importantly, argues newly minted president Anthony Niedwiecki, the current licensing requirements are “hurting communities that really need attorneys.” The only state that does not require bar exam passage is Wisconsin, but Oregon is reconsidering the exam as well.
