Parents, Church Settle After Forced Baptism of 11 Year Old Disabled Boy

April and Gregg DeFibaugh settled a lawsuit against the Morning Star Friends Church, among others, after they say their disabled son was forced to participate in a baptism. So reports the Las Vegas Sun.

cross 2713356 640The boy, described as “V,” and his parents were represented by American Atheists. The 2016 “full immersion baptism traumatized the boy, causing anxiety and recurring nightmares about drowning,” per the lawsuit.
