Legal Pot in Illinois Touted as 'Monumental Milestone' for its Community Impact

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation reported 77,128 marijuana transactions totaling close to $3.2 million on the first day the drug was legally allowed to be sold in the state. So reports NBC Chicago.
