Last year, R3 filed a lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court alleging Ripple violated an agreement by failing to sell five billion XRP tokens at $0.0085 each. However, Ripple responded with a lawsuit in California alleging R3 failed to “fulfill obligations under the partnership agreement,” and had forgone the right to get the tokens," according to the article. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
