D.C. federal prosecutors are planning to “aggressively pursue” charges against Daniel Pantaleo, the New York Police Department cop who killed Eric Garner with a chokehold in Staten Island. So reports The New York Post.

“Washington” wants an indictment, according to information from an unnamed law enforcement official. Federal prosecutors in New York City were reluctant to bring charges, apparently spawning the interest of the Washington-based prosecutors.
