Thor was charged in 2014 for “sex crimes with a child under 14 years of age, kidnap, robbery, rape, and sexual penetration,” and was said to have driven the girl, who was taking acting lessons in his home, to the Santa Monica Mountains in March 2009 where he sexually assaulted her.
