Real Estate Attorney Who Stole $4.4M from Clients Loses Law License

Laurieanne DeLitta, a real estate lawyer accused of stealing approximately $4.4 million from her clients, has now been disbarred. So reports the Rockland/Westchester Journal News.

Scam road sign 464653 1920DeLitta is facing a number of lawsuits related to alleged foul play, and is now under criminal investigation. A spokesman for the Westchester District Attorney’s Office, Daniel Weiller, said they are “committed to being thorough and comprehensive” in their efforts.
