Murder Victim’s Family Sues Funeral Home for Burial Mistake

The family of 40-year-old murder victim Nequia Webb-Davidson is suing the New York City funeral home and the New Jersey cemetery they entrusted with her remains for ruining her burial. So reports CBS News.

Webb-Davidson was killed by her husband in 2014. Her casket was allegedly lowered into a too-small grave, causing it to open, letting in dirt and rocks and forcing Webb-Davidson’s family to postpone the burial until the next day so that the casket liner could be cleaned and the mistake could be rectified.
