Dad of 30 Pays $1.49 a Month in Support to Some Moms

A Tennessee man who fathered 30 children with 11 different mothers is requesting that the state help him with child support payments. So reports the Memphis news station WREG.

The man, Desmond Hatchett, works a minimum wage job, resulting in some of the moms receiving of as little as $1.49 a month from him.
