Perry Ellis Exec: I Was 'Iced Out' for Calling Out Company Prez on Racist, Homophobic Beliefs

A Perry Ellis executive has filed a federal lawsuit claiming he was “frozen out” at the fashion company for raising concerns about its president’s homophobic and racist beliefs. So reports the New York Daily News.

Joseph Cook, who earns a $300,000 annual salary at Perry Ellis, filed the suit, which claims that the apparel company’s president, Oscar Feldenkreis, purposefully keeps blacks and people who look gay out of the company’s promotional material.
