Tenn. Child Charged With Shooting Death of Young Neighbor

An 11-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree murder for allegedly killing an 8-year-old girl by shooting her with his father’s shotgun. So reports USA Today.

The accused is currently facing charges as a juvenile but a judge could transfer the case to an adult court at a later time.
