Utah Mom Ordered to Cease Religion Talks With Kids

A Utah woman is challenging the constitutionality of a court order prohibiting her from discussing fundamentalist Mormon beliefs with her children. So reports Fox News.

The woman is divorcing her husband, who currently has sole custody of their children, partially because of their religious differences. He is a member of the mainstream Mormon church known as the Latter Day Saints, and she is considering joining the Apostolic United Brethren, a polygamous church. The commissioner who ordered the children’s mom to cease talking about religion claims the religious talk was “creating chaos” for the children.
