AZ Frat Member Sentenced for Role in Fellow Student’s Death

An Arizona State University Alpha Epsilon Pi member who was responsible for the alcohol served at a party where another student drank and later died was sentenced to probation and a 45-day deferred jail sentence. So reports AZ Central.

The fraternity member, 20-year-old David Siegal, said he has become involved in the university’s religious organizations, is expecting a stellar report card this semester, and no longer drinks alcohol. He may have the opportunity to request the elimination of his jail sentence.
