Cyclist Sues NYC’s CitiBike Over Brain Injury

The first lawsuit has been filed against New York City’s bike share program, Citi Bike, for injuries sustained during a ride on one of the program’s two-wheeled vehicles. So reports New York’s Daily News.

Ronald Corwin, a 73-year-old business consultant, claims that running into an unpainted barrier marking the boundary of a Midtown docking station caused him to suffer brain damage. Lawyers for Citi Bike have said they will argue that Corwin is to blame for not wearing a helmet.
