Think Legal Challenges to Obamacare Are Over? Think Again

A challenge to tax subsidies awarded from federally run American Health Benefit Exchanges may prove to be the final blow to the Affordable Care Act. So reports ABC News.

Supreme Court Justices recently met behind closed doors to discuss the matter. Challengers of the law contend only those using exchanges set up by individual states should are eligible for the subsidies, as per the law's text, while the president’s administration contends the law was intended to provide subsidies for anyone using state or federally run exchanges.

To date, sixteen states and the District of Columbia have set up exchanges.
