Facebook Sues Law Firms of Man Who Sued Facebook

Facebook is suing the law firms that represented a man claiming he owned half of the social media company in a 2010 lawsuit. So reports the San Francisco Gate.

The man, Paul Ceglia, is facing criminal charges related to the suit he filed against Facebook, which was dismissed. Facebook is claiming that DLA Piper and other law firms should have known that his suit—which claimed that the social media company’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, sold Ceglia half of the company for $1,000—was based on “an implausible story and forged documents.”
