Encouraging Suicide is Not a Crime: Minn. High Court
Reversing the conviction of a male nurse who, while online, posed as a female nurse and entered into suicide pacts with two people who ultimately did end their own lives, the highest court in Minnesota recently held that it’s not a crime to encourage people to kill themselves.
