Drunk Gambler Sues Casino To Recover Losses

A California man is suing a Las Vegas casino to keep from having to pay the $500,000 he lost while gambling there intoxicated. So reports the Associated Press.

In a lawsuit he filed against the Downtown Grand, 52-year-old Mark Johnston alleges that he was thoroughly drunk while playing pai gow and blackjack at the Grand. He further claims that the Grand continued to issue him casino credits and serve him alcoholic drinks despite the fact that he was visibly intoxicated.
