‘Exposed’ Driver Cleared in Fatal Crash

A Brooklyn appeals court jury has recently absolved a young woman driver who took her hands off the wheel to cover her chest after one of the passengers had playfully untied her bikini top. So reports The New York Daily News.

The teenager that untied her top died in the crash. The jury’s verdict was based on its finding that the woman, who was 19 when the 2008 crash occurred, faced “a sudden and unforeseen emergency not of her own making” when her bathing suit was untied despite the fact that the 19-year-old boy who untied it had been disrupting her driving before the bikini-top prank.
