Court Strikes Down Key Part of Texas Abortion Law
A federal judge last week struck down provisions of a Texas abortion law restricting doctors’ use of RU486, a drug that induces abortions and requiring doctors to obtain admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the clinic at which they're providing abortion services.
