Lawyers Consider Suing Online Gambling Products
Just weeks before Nevada became the first state to go live with online poker, prominent product liability lawyers and academicians met in Indianapolis last month to discuss the chances of success for a lawsuit claiming that online gambling further promotes gambling addiction, according to Reuters.
