The lawsuit claims that Uber has fewer than 100 wheelchair-accessible vehicles out of its fleet of 58,000 in the city. However, the company said it has almost 200 wheelchair-accessible vehicles in New York City. The suit was filed in New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan.
