Venus Williams Seeks Emergency Order After Deadly Crash

Tennis star Venus Williams filed for an emergency court order related to the wrongful death case brought by Jerome Barson's family. So reports ABC News.

Barson died from injuries sustained from a crash with Williams, according to court papers obtained by ABC News. Williams said Barson's daughter gave Williams' lawyer "less than 24 hours' notice" that her attorney would be inspecting the vehicle. The tennis pro is asking no data be collected until the court can set up a "procedure for the proper collection of all data" and her lawyer is available to be present.
