Samsung in Hot Water Over Exploding Galaxy Note 7’s

Samsung is being sued by three people who purchased the recalled Galaxy Note 7, which has reportedly burst into flames and exploded on occasion. So reports The Telegraph.

The class action suit seeks unspecified damages and an order requiring the company to “repair, recall and/or replace the phones, and extend applicable warranties.” According to information in the complaint, Samsung informed customers they would need to wait up to weeks for replacements and would continue to be charged monthly carrier fees for phones they can’t use.
