Kirkland & Ellis Expands Life XT to All U.S. Lawyers

All of Kirkland & Ellis’ U.S. lawyers will be offered “emotional fitness” training, based on the principles of Life XT, or Life Cross Training. So reports Crain’s Chicago Business.

Life XT training features yoga, meditation and digital content. The program is designed to help retain young lawyers by making the law firm an attractive place to work as well as help reduce the stress of the company’s employees.

Life XT was piloted by 60 employees, but will soon be opened up to the rest of Kirkland’s 1,400 U.S. attorneys. Deloitte, ContextMedia and Centro are also planning to incorporate the program.
