Meat Cleaver Wielding Dad Gets 12-Year Sentence

A Manhattan court sentenced 42-year-old Sheng Zheng, a resident of New York City’s Chinatown, to 12 years in prison after he attacked his son’s ear with a meat cleaver. So reports The New York Daily News.

Zhen has been missing since the end of his trial, but there is a warrant out for his arrest. Zheng’s son, who was 16 years old at the time of the crime, somehow suffered only superficial injuries despite the viciousness of his father’s attack.
