Which Top Law Firms Failed to Include Women in Their New Partner Class?

Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Davis Polk & Wardwell were among the 13 major law firms that failed to promote any women to partner in the one-year period ending Sept. 30, 2015. That's according to a new report from the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance.

The number of female lawyers promoted to partner at the nation’s biggest law firms nevertheless increased during that time to 34.4%, a two percent increase over the year before.
