Ahead of his being disbarred, Spark had once been suspended after being convicted of soliciting a prostitute and for bringing contraband to a county detention center. According to the Florida Supreme Court’s ruling, “Spark solicited sex inside attorney-client visitation rooms at two separate jail facilities in Florida.”
